Following facility design and equipment specification, we work with clients to select the best suppliers for their operation. Support and service capability is as important as equipment performance when making these decisions.

We understand the equipment market well, having completed numerous selection and implementation exercises. Several of our consultants have previous work experience with suppliers. This knowledge and experience allows us to guide our clients through a process to select the most appropriate partner and to develop a contract that underpins the new operation. We work with both parties to develop the relationship between them, which will be highly important in determining the ultimate success of the contract.

Having selected suppliers and supported the negotiation of contracts, we continue to support the client through the implementation process, providing technical input (particularly during the detailed design and testing stages) and project management.
