At Total Logistics we don’t have fixed views about the level to which companies should outsource activities. For each company the decision will be different according to their corporate strategy, operations and development plans.

Our consultants work with clients to determine the costs, benefits, opportunities and risks associated with either approach. This allows them to determine the best strategy to meet the needs of their businesses.

We have a deep knowledge and understanding of the third-party logistics (3PL) market, gained through carrying out regular tendering exercises and by working directly for many of the world’s largest logistics service providers (LSPs).

Many of our consultants have previous work experience with LSPs in operations, business development and implementation. This allows us to advise clients on the business impact of outsourcing in real terms, going beyond the promises in tender documents.
