Having made the outsourcing decision, client’s face a myriad of questions when selecting logistics contactors – which one is best for my business, what is the most appropriate form of contract (open book, tariff based etc.), how long should the contract last for, how do I encourage innovation and continuous improvement, and so on.

We understand the 3PL market well, having completed numerous selection exercises and worked directly with leading logistics service providers.  Many of our consultants have previous work experience with 3PLs.  This knowledge and experience allows us to guide our clients through a process to determine their future requirements, to select the most appropriate partner and to develop a contract that underpins the new operation.  We work with both parties to develop the relationship between them, which will be highly important in determining the ultimate success of the contract.
