TOTAL LOGISTICS SEES GROWTH IN SUPPLY CHAIN SERVICE
Total Logistics, the European supply chain consultancy, has recruited four new supply chain consultants due to growing demand for its specialist services. All at project director or senior consultant level, the new additions to the team bring considerable experience of change management, supply chain re-engineering and pan-European logistics to the consultancy. The UK-based consultancy, which also has offices in Holland, is seeing a marked increase in the amount of pan-European work it is currently undertaking. Recently, the company carried out infrastructure projects in Poland and Romania for a major food manufacturer, an automated high throughput picking system for a food processor in Finland and a European distribution strategy review for a fashion retailer.
Andy Keith, partner at Total Logistics, said: “We are seeing a lot more businesses in the food, retail, fashion and FMCG sectors taking a fresh look at their supply chains to gain greater economies without losing that vital element of flexibility. Our tailored approach to clients’ supply chain issues is meeting an important need in industry. We are seeing a growth in companies reviewing their pan-European supply chains as well as a growing demand for our services from international businesses.”
Total Logistics recently launched a Change Management service to help businesses improve their success rate when implementing new supply chain models. The business is an accredited Investor in People (IIP) employer.
