Communicating with clients is very important to us and with 800 projects completed over 21 years across 35 countries, there is a lot to communicate. It operates on a number of levels, including the website, newsletters, events & exhibitions, published articles and sector based activity. We try not to overload our contact list with masses of mail, preferring to send out only information with substance and value.
We produce an electronic newsletter 3-4 times per year which gives a flavour of our recent projects and initiatives. We send out 4,000, of which 3,000 are sent electronically and 1,000 are sent in hard copy.
We attend around 10 events each year, and we usually communicate with our clients before/after an event. Recent events include CeMAT in Hannover, and the Retail Week Supply Chain Summit in London.
We publish around 6-10 articles every year, with many appearing in respected Trade journals and publications, working closely with an external PR agency.
We also have tailored events, articles and activity around our various sector based campaigns and provide targeted messages to specific sectors, based on research into the requirements of that sector.
