Total Logistics was formed by a core team who had worked in both large and small consultancies and wanted to combine the best practice of the two environments. The company was founded on the principles of providing valued advice with complete independence from suppliers of any equipment or services. This enables us to work as a true extension of the client’s management team, with no hidden agenda.
We have 31 members of staff in the UK and Netherlands offices. The 22 members of the consulting team have over 330 years of supply chain experience between them and everyone who joins us has management experience in industry before entering consultancy.
We have completed over 800 projects in 35 countries and have many clients who have asked us to assist with 10 or more projects (some with as many as 30 projects).
