Total Logistics operates as a private limited company with a healthy turnover in excess of £3 m per annum and a cash rich balance sheet. Currently 70% of all fee income is from existing clients and around 50% of revenue comes from projects outside the UK. The strategic business plan aims for significant future growth with a corresponding need to increase the consulting team.
We have a planned development programme, supported by six-monthly reviews of individual development needs. Training courses are provided internally and externally, covering subjects such as the use of our modelling tools, presentation skills, selling & negotiation skills, financial appreciation and health & safety.
We offer all consultants a career progression plan.
